Shipping policy
Order processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are prepared on the next business day.
Carriers
We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS or GLS, depending on the destination and the size of the package.
Shipping within Canada
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more (subtotal before taxes).
For orders under $99:
- Quebec and Ontario: $12.99, delivered in 3 to 5 business days after shipping
- Other provinces and territories: $19.95, delivered in 5 to 7 business days after shipping
Delivery times are carrier estimates and may be longer during peak periods, storms, or in remote areas.
Shipping to the United States
Shipping to the United States is calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery address. You can choose Standard or Express; the price and estimated delivery time of each option are shown before you pay. Free shipping over $99 applies to Canada only.
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, taxes or brokerage fees on arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Local pickup
We do not offer local pickup. Our warehouse has no counter service.
Damaged, lost or late packages
Email us at info@camroindustrial.com with your order number, and photos if the package is damaged. We will open a claim with the carrier and get back to you quickly.
